Summer Quarter 2023
Beginning in Summer Quarter 2023, all PhD students will receive their primary funding as monthly payments regardless of funding source. Students will receive 1/3 of their funding each month on the following payment dates:
- July 31, 2023
- August 31, 2023
- September 29, 2023
Autumn Quarter 2023
PhD students will receive their primary funding as monthly payments. Students will receive 1/3 of their funding each month on the following payment dates:
- October 31, 2023
- November 30, 2023
- December 29, 2023
Note: Most incoming first-year PhD students will receive their primary funding as four monthly payments for Autumn Quarter 2023 only. For most incoming first-year PhD students, primary funding will be disbursed on the following schedule:
- October 2, 2023 (1/4 of total primary funding for Autumn 2023)
- October 31, 2023 (1/4 of total primary funding for Autumn 2023)
- November 30, 2023 (1/4 of total primary funding for Autumn 2023)
- December 29, 2023 (1/4 of total primary funding for Autumn 2023)
Winter Quarter 2024
PhD students will receive their primary funding as monthly payments. Students will receive 1/3 of their funding each month on the following payment dates:
- January 31, 2024
- February 29, 2024
- March 29, 2024
Spring Quarter 2024
PhD students will receive their primary funding as monthly payments. Students will receive 1/3 of their funding each month on the following payment dates:
- April 30, 2024
- May 31, 2024
- June 28, 2024
