It is an honor and privilege to serve as the inaugural faculty director of the University of Chicago Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program. Over the past 18 years, I have been deeply involved in preparing students for medical school through classroom instruction in organic chemistry, mentoring of undergraduates in research, and support of applications for varied clinical internships and other opportunities. Now, along with the rest of our highly talented team, we seek to leverage our collective body of experience to offer an elite and highly personalized program – one that is designed to help you achieve a successful application to medical school.
Whether you need to complete just a few additional premedical class requirements or wish to take a body of advanced coursework in STEM and related areas, we will work with you to develop the best individualized program of study and hands-on experience possible. Our hope is that you will not only reach but actually exceed your current medical career objectives. In the process, we offer a range of additional assistance, including MCAT support, medical school application review, and help identifying potential opportunities for your gap year.
