Learn how the UChicago Research Dissemination and Communications Program (UChicago RDCP) can help you broadly share the goals and outcomes of your research projects, maximizing visibility and impact. Led by the Office of Research and University Communications, UChicago RDCP supports faculty and principal investigators (PIs) in developing and executing dissemination and communication strategies for their research. The program is led by staff with deep experience in academic communications who serve as thought partners during the proposal development and award phases of projects of all sizes and across disciplines.
Melissa Sherwin (Director of Provost Communications), Elena Zinchenko (Assistant Provost for Research), Dan Stremlau (Senior Director of Creative Operations), and Shaz Rasul (Executive Director of Education Partnerships) will provide an overview of UChicago RDCP, discuss federal funding requirements/Broader Impacts, outline various dissemination and communication strategies, and share project examples.
