Alicia serves as a point person for PhD student pay processes and provides routine human resources support to the Dean’s office and Department of Computer Science.
Susan leads the Division’s efforts to improve and optimize human resources support, including strategic planning, employee/labor relations, organizational effectiveness, change and performance management, leadership coaching, and communication planning. She also continues to directly support the following PSD non-academic Units: LBC, IT, Graphic Arts, Facilities, Dean’s Office, and Dean of Students.
Tayra supports staff, student, and academic hiring processes in Workday by developing job descriptions, interviewing, running candidate reference checks, generating approved employment offers, and conducting Workday onboarding.
Tayra is the main point of contact for all HR related matters for the Departments of Chemistry, Geophysical Sciences, GSE Cars, Math, Statistics and UChicago STEM Ed.
Hannah is responsible for leadership and oversight of human resources and equity, diversity, and inclusion. She is also currently serving as the PSD's COVID-19 planning lead.
Caroline provides strategic advice and support for organizational goals, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee and labor relations.
She manages the PSD’s graduate student pay process working with relevant stakeholders both inside and outside of the division. Caroline specializes in compensation, job architecture and job description design to provide expertise to the entire PSD. She also serves as the HR partner for the Department of Computer Science.
